Everyone has been asking the same question “where is the new Ramsey Tattoo Shop going to be?”
At On the Road Tattoo we do things differently. We don’t need underfloor heating, free wifi, chandeliers and a grand piano to lay down a clean tattoo. So when we start a new Studio in a new location we stick to the basics; a functional tattoo workspace in which we can do good solid tattooing.
We never said it was going to be a shop…
The Isle of Man has enough Tattoo Shops and there are more than likely more on the way so our new fixed location in Ramsey is going to be different.
Why? Because we wont just be doing tattoos and we will still be “On The Road”.
The new Studio space is big. Very big! And very different to what you will possibly be expecting…
Not only will we be offering tattoos every Thursday and Friday from our new fixed location in Ramsey, but we will also be offering custom paint and airbrush artwork, on a multitude of surfaces and products.
We have teamed up with a great local company to customise their products and offer something new and different that the Isle of Man currently does not have.
We will be painting crash helmets for both race & road and putting our artwork on everything from barbers clippers to kitchen cabinets.
And we will be building more mobile Tattoo Studios both for the Isle of Man and back across.
There will be a choice of tattoo artists for 2022
We will still be doing our tattoos in Douglas, Peel and the South of the Island so our existing customers need not worry, you will hardly notice the change.
Along with a couple of new faces joining the team, we have some great guest artists booked for 2022 from the USA, Italy and the UK.
We have some big names from the tattoo world coming to visit us here on the Isle of Man.
Travel restrictions allowing of course.
For 2022 we will be able to not only put artwork on your skin but just about anything else that you can think of.
And it all starts next month : October 2021.

Do you use numbing cream for those of a nervous/chicken disposition?
Hi, No we never use numbing cream when tattooing, we do carry a professional product on board the studio but very few of our customers require this.
